We have two showings tonight. Wow! It was only listed this morning.
The first is at 5 pm and the second at 7:30 pm.
We are going to do a house inspection on the other place on Monday. I'll be accompanying the inspector.

OK...the first ones through said that there was too much work to do...carpet and windows. Apparently they thought it would need 15,000 in work. No feedback on the other one. There was another showing this morning...nothing back on that either.
Fifteen thousand? That seems crazy to me...unless you've been real rough on the place in the past six months cuz it looked great last time I saw it. Hopefully the next comments are a bit more positive.
