So, I started riding my bike last week. I rode two days out of the week and man I was bagged, but I feel good to have started. I haven't seriously ridden my bike for probably 2 years. I said to myself that I was going to ride a minimum of once per week and I would shoot for twice. I want to get fitter not fatter!!!
It is fun to get on the bike again. It's a nice change from roaring around in the talon. The ride to work is about 14 kilometres, and it takes me about 30 minutes. Not bad!
